I started 4Strand Fitness because of the transformative results I experienced first hand through my own mobility training—Within months of taking my mobility seriously, I felt better and moved better, with strength I hadn’t felt in years. That’s when I knew I had to share these methods with others.

Ever since, I’ve been on a mission to help people experience the same freedom of movement. Whether you want to move pain-free, build true functional strength, or simply slow down the effects of aging, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

How much time do I need to commit to see results?

You don’t need to spend hours each day to improve your mobility. With as little as 10-15 minutes a day, you can start to see a noticeable difference in how you move and feel in your body. However, my programming adjusts based on your specific goals.
